Reflection

Over 72% of staff agree that the vision statement is supported by the policies and practices adopted the the school board or governing body and that our schools offers "challenging curriculum and learning experiences [that]provide equity for all students in the development of learning, thinking, and life skills. Over 3/4 of the faculty (76%) agree that the school's leaders "expect staff members to hold all students to high academic standards." For students, 62% agree that the" purpose and expectations are clearly explained to me an my family," while two-thirds of students believe the school offers a "high quality education" and a "challenging curriculum and learning experiences" and that "the principal and teachers have high expectations of me." To sustain these areas of strength, Stall seeks to offer high-quality professional "growth" opportunities that support innovation, engagement, and positive school culture and continue to monitor school data related to continuous improvement goals. An area of improvement from the student surveys indicated that only 45% agreed that "all of my teachers change their teaching to meet my learning needs." To address this need, the school will continue to offer professional learning opportunities, including peer observations, that help teachers learn more ways to personalize learning for their students.
